Our production team have been working on a green screen filming project with our clients at WHG to create a short video to communicate the results of the company’s annual report.
As part of our monthly marketing video strategy service with the housing organisation we filmed the CEO of the company delivering a message about the forthcoming annual report. Complete with Hawaiian shirt and Hawaiian lei around his neck, the scene shows him supposedly on a beach addressing his employees whilst reviewing the latest company report. Once the message has been delivered the screen is removed to show that he is actually stood in the office in Walsall.
Our production team filmed the footage in a day with a blue screen, not a green screen, due to the colours of the Hawaiian shirt and it was then delivered back to the editing team to put on the final touches. In this case, a beach scene was added along with seaside sound effects including seagulls!
This isn’t the first green screen filming project we have worked on after we worked with the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry to create a green screen video for their pantomime at Christmas which was distributed on their social media channels as well as being broadcast on the screens at the Christmas lights switch on in Coventry. The final video below shows the actors from the pantomime on a ship scene along with various props after we’d filmed the initial set up on a green screen at the theatre.
