CMA Video were commissioned to produce a viral style promotional video with sports nutrtion company USN and PR agency Gough Bailey Wright. Based around USN’s launch of its new protein mousse the promotional video is based around the new mousse being out and about and getting into some sticky situations in the gym, the park and even a coffee shop.
This video production in Birmingham and across other locations in the West Midlands featured a huge mousse outfit running through Avoncroft Museum in Bromsgrove, LA Fitness in Sutton Coldfield and Loritas Bakehouse in Bromsgrove. The scenes show members of the public trying to catch the mousse so they can take a selfie with him. The marketing objective was to encourage people when they see the mousse at various events across the country to take a selfie and upload their pictures to USN’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. The objectives of the promotional video were to inform tthe audience about the competition and also to encourage social sharing across all of the platforms. Everyone who uploaded a picture was automatically entered in to the competition with a chance to win £1000 of holiday vouchers.
